| On the FAQs page for your product line, you can: |

Select a link to a document that may answer your question. |

Choose from a section of FAQs by topic. When you click on a topic, there may be several documents to choose from that may answer your question. |

You can click on graphics on the left navigation bar that give you the ability to connect with an on-line technician in a chat session. |

You can also use the “Quick find your product” box to go directly to the support page for your product number. |
