Under the “Get support for your product” section, select the “Product information” task. |

Type your HP product number in the “Enter a product number” text input box. |

For example, if you wanted to solve a problem regarding the HP Pavilion Desktop PC a305w, you could enter “HP Pavilion Desktop PC a305w” or “Pavilion a305w.” |

Select “View all FAQs for this product” to find documents that may answer your question. |

Select other support tasks for your product from the left navigation bar like “Software & Driver downloads,” “Setup and install,” “How to use,” “ Manuals,” etc. |
