Type in your HP product number in the “Enter a product number” text input box. |

For example, if you wanted to solve a problem regarding the HP Pavilion Desktop PC a305w, you could enter “HP Pavilion Desktop PC a305w” or “Pavilion a305w.” |

| If you entered partial product information, use the product finder results to select your HP product. |

| Once you are on the Solve a problem product support page, choose one of the following options: |

Select “View all FAQs for this product” to find documents that may answer your question. |

Choose from a variety of other support options. |

Select other support tasks for your product from the left navigation bar like “Software & Driver downloads,” “Setup and install,” “How to use,” “Product information,” “Manuals,” etc. |

If you select a topic, the next page may show additional topics and FAQs. Continue to make the appropriate selections until you find the desired document. |
